Today is going to be a tough day for us frontliners. We already anticipated that this day is the peak day of the week, a lot of clients will go to us to submit requirements. Some are very diffecult to deal with, hysterical, clients who cannot understand at all even how you tried to explain/convey your message to her/him, clients who doesnt want to wait and wanting to be prioritized..these are the type of clients that are very hard to handle but we need to stay calm, understand them for the sake of civil service.
