“Ur presence in my life brings wonderful smiles & a loving thoughts within my heart”
Thankful to you Lord for the sunshine you gave after the rainy days of my life. If there’s still a rain coming on the way still I am grateful for the sunshine I have that delights my life & gives me hope today. But of course, I am praying for a rainbow to shine in my life! No more rain, no more pain.
I got so happy and excited when I heard in the local TV news about the total eclipse which happened yesterday night. It was the darkest and the longest lunar eclipse in the century ever. I become a sky watcher and started to have interest and passion taking pictures with the sky since I started to blog. Lunar eclipse happens when the moon, earth and sun are exactly align to each other with the Earth in the center. It was announced that the eclipse was supposed to occur at around 01:00 a.m. yesterday. I waited to witness and capture the spectacular event and unfortunately I just get disappointed because there was no eclipse. I slept back and found out in the morning that it did occur at 03:45 a.m. My sister had seen it and captured how the moon slowly disappear and how it became red. Oh, I missed it! Hope there is still next time.
The Capital City of my beloved Country, Philippines! It is 599 miles or 966km away from my place, Davao, it takes 1 hour and 15 minutes by plane to reach there.
I’ve been there last week for a couple of days. I reported to the agency to comply and settle all the requirements needed in Visa processing. I applied to work in Holiday Inn Hotel Muscat Oman as Guest Relation Officer, praise God I am already hired. I underwent medical examination as one of the requirements and great I passed. The place is so strange for me but I thank God I had my Aunt who guided me all through the way. I made to gain the maximum benefit from my trip. I spent wonderful time with my Aunt & Cousins, meeting friends and strolling in some of the beautiful places in Manila that highlights the memory of my trip.
Everything was OK and the climate was good.
Rain, rain go away, everyone’s prayer today. It’s now 3 days raining on and off. The weather is very unusual, too much cold, in fact, in Baguio one of the places in Philippines that known for it’s cold climate their temperature is already 7.5*C that makes the cooking oil hard.
Last night, we drove out to fetch my father from his work, we saw how the rivers overflew, how the farms drown in the flood, how the tress fell down and how the water covered the street. The calamity brings a lot of damages. We were almost stuck-up on our way back home for the water level suddenly became higher that our vehicle could not pass anymore. We turned back and found another way out. Thanks God we reached home safely.
