Before my sister flew to Africa for a mission in helping the less fortunate people in there, she make it very sure she can bring a new guitar with her. Because this is the only way that kills her boredome and singing in her one way of diplacing her feeling of loneliness being away from loved ones. She wants a very durable guitar, the one that is not easily break and of course the one that produces loud and excellent sound. We are searching about guides on how to buy a guitar and we landed in sg guitar body and luckily it helps my sister in deciding what guitar she should buy. Now she is enjoying her guitar her ultimate companion in life in the other side of the globe.

There were times in my life where in I feel so empty, almost lost my hope, tired of working and feel so down. I want to cry out loud. But thanks to God for reminding me that He is the reason of my existing, that there is hope in everything! I always praise God for sustaining me good health and courage to go on inspite of the many challenges that strikes and trying to put me down. He is my ultimate strenght and my solid rock that keeps me to stand and face all circumstances in life. My daughter is the one that gives me happiness and when I think of her my life is perfect. She gives rainbow to my stormy life. I know I can surpass these feeeling. I think every person will come to this point in life, because of so many stresses we may feel lossing hope. God’s word is the one that keeps me going on ‘ Come to me whoever are tired and lonely and I will give you rest.’
I will never forget the first time I experienced a long hours delayed flights (Dvo-Mnl). Due to a bad weather the plane re-routed, refueled & parked at d runway of Clark while waiting for the “go” signal from Manila airport control. Imagine the supposed 1.5 hours flight took 8.5 hours. We got stuck inside the plane hungry & almost dehydrated as there were no foods nor water served. People started complaining and screaming. Few secretly smoke inside the lavatory which made the pilot to call for security (it could burn the entire plane) and few started to collapse but medics was to d rescue.
It was annoying & exhausting one. But I thanked God you were with me at that time. You dealed the tough situation with positive attitude, you remained calm & patience which infected me.
I realized, “if we can’t change the situation, lets change our attitude.
As what they said, there is always something good in every bad situation. Good thing we reached to our destination safe, we were able to spend more time together, talking, laughing & making some “selfies” before we parted ways in which we would have not experience when the delay didn’t happen.
Do you still remember about the “headset & the wine” when we flew in together from AUH-Mnl-Dvo? It was also a funny one. Until now I still laugh when I recall it.
Happy Birthday to the most kind, patience, understanding, caring & loving Ate.
Thank you for your attitude. For always been a good example to us.
Lets travel more together. I love you!
God bless your heart’s desires, good health & happiness you truly deserve.
Every now and then we like our things new, beer months are on the way and December is nearly coming, meaning many things we need to buy for our own and for the our love ones gift on Christmas. If you are a musician like me do your best as much as you can to visit Roland Boutique they have complete musical stuff for your satisfaction. Sometimes we need to upgrade our stuff. Few days ago my friend bought a guitar from them after I referred the site and it was very unique and amazing. I too, am planning to buy a new guitar soon.
Most of us are looking forward for what is best with our future, we wanted to excel, we wanted security and abundance. These are common to normal people. But we have to remember also that each and every one of us, our lovely God, before the world begun had the best plan and designed your beautiful life on earth. No matter how abundant we are right now, no matter how good the condition of our life, still something is lacking if that purpose will never be performed in our life, still we may fell discomfort, unhappy and unfulfilled. Be in mind, wherever we are whatever we do, be sensitive of what God has called you, remember God had a purpose on it why He allow all things and put us wherever we are because again He wants you to be happy and enjoy life with Him.
Few days ago, we went to the Bible School and we saw a group of musicians there, what made me amazed and appreciated the band was because they are all ladies in action, very seldom in the church that ladies are in the music ministry, the lead guitarist was amazing, it looks like professionals, beside it the cool Bass guitarist, with a lively drummer at the back, the keyboardist was like professional at the same time leading the songs. I was thinking might be later on, my little girl will be part of the team. Hopefully and praying for it.
I watched concert for the first time ever. It’s not that I have agoraphobia but as much as possible I avoid going to crowded places. I just feel so uncomfortable and scared might there could be a disastrous turn of events like fire, fights or bombing. We all know crowded places are the favorite places of terrorists. And aside, I hate that feeling when you trapped along with the noise of the crowd and even smell people’s odor – sweats, underarms, breath and cigarettes. And I dont really like it when the show is over and the crowd began to gather in exit and pushing people towards the front that may cause people be stamped, trampled or injured. And include the traffic in the hassle list.
But eventhough, this time, I went to watch the concert of Backstreet Boys with my friends because it’s for free :). My friends got an access to the venue.
Backstreet Boys is a famous American Vocal Group back in 1995, if I am not mistaken. They are known as the best-selling boy band in history. Backstreet Boys brought their In A World Like This Tour to Singapore. They performed at The Star Performing Arts Centre, 1 Vista Exchange Green Singapore. The concert already started when we came. We only stood far behind as we didn’t pay for a chair. The venue was so full and I can see how the fans blown away seeing their favorite band artists performing live. When the lights were on and band instruments started to play fans started shouting and yelling everynow and then. I’m not much of a music gal, I know just a few songs of them but I like the band in general. I heard their international hits like “I Want It That Way”, “Larger Than Life”, “Shape of Your Heart” and “Show Me the Meaning of Being Lonely”. Me and my friends didn’t stay that long as we avoid the big crowd on our way out. It was fun and I thoroughly enjoyed the night.
Seeing an artist perform live is so much different than listening to a studio recording. It made me appreciate their music and their talent a lot more. But for me, it’s not worth it paying too much on a concert tickets especially when you are in a back row. It seems you are just watching on the big television at home, it is just only you see the actual happenings. You can’t even see the artist’s faces clearly.
“You are the pilot of your own plane, but remember God is always there to help out and offer backup support if you need him. He’s got your back.”
Congratulations to my little brother who just graduated from college with the course of “Aircraft Maintenance Technician.” He is the youngest in our family. How time flies so fast. I can’t imagine the little boy I used to carry in my arms, I sing with lullaby, bath and change diapers is now a young man and here you are now, blooming into your own person. I’m so happy and proud of you Bro.
As usual, I have the hardest time trying to figure out what to get Him. I tried to imagine the kind of gift that He would like and that is useful. My brother is not just handsome and smart guy but He is also very talented. He loves to play musical instruments especially the guitar. And He is active in the music ministry in our church. I think I should buy him argosy speaker stands to make His music room more organized and to make it easier for Him to set-up His electric guitar to the speakers every time He wants play with it. It may help and encourage Him to continue to use His talent for God’s glory.
Once again, Congratulations to you my dear Brother. I still remember when you were still very small and if you were asked what you wanted to be when you grow up? You would always answer, When I grow up I want to be a Pilot. You are now in the half way. This is just a break as you enter the new battlefields of life. You are the pilot of your own life, fly and take God as your compass to make your life soar, triumph over adversity, live a happy and fulfilled life. I wish you all the luck for your bright career in future. Just always put God first in everything you do, do your best and God will take care of the rest.
God’s blessing on your journey, Bro. I love you!
I just finished the “Customer Service Skills Training Programme.” A short course conducted by Changi Airport group (CAG) to help us refresh and enhance our knowledge and skills in customer service and to teach us the Changi way of service.
We did a lot of fun and learning activities and one of them was the “positive first impression game.” It involves writing our first impression of someone we meet. The set up of the game – a sheet of paper with our name on top was taped on our back. Each of us have to write in a post-it our positive first impression of the person and paste it on his back. In the picture are my co-participants positive first impressions at me. Receiving their positive impressions made me happy and made my day.
The programme taught us to always have a positive mind-set especially when going to work. Words are a reflection of our thoughts. Positive words come from positive thoughts. It is really that simple. Positive words can bring happiness to people, so always give a positive words to everyone especially at work. It will make them feel happy too. Some people do not realize the words they use and how their words affect others. The feeling is so rewarding when you made a difference in someone else’s day. It can bring good karma and can make your day even more brighter. People who have a positive mind-set achieve more positive outcomes than those with a negative one.

A lot of people today have such passion of pets. A pet is kept primarily for a person’s company. They are a wonderful companion at home. Dogs are the most popular and common pet found in the households. Dogs are man’s bestfriend. They give happiness and comfort and perform valuable service to their owners. They are loyal, trustworthy and selfless.
My family used to have dogs in the house named Blacky and daughter Browny. They were like part of our family. Blacky was a very good, lovely and loyal dog. She understand and know us based on the tone of our voice and body language. When we come home right when we walk through our door, she would wiggle-wiggle her tail and wrapped our body with sniff & kisses, such a stress reliever. She was our guard in the house. She protect us from bad people and strangers. If someone she’s not familiar attempt to enter in our house, she would bark and would just stop and behave until we tell her to do so. She died of “old age.”
Our mom stop allowing dogs in our house when Browny bit my younger brother while helping release her leg trapped on the chair. Having pet is rewarding but they could be dangerous and harmful if we don’t know how to train and take care of them. If you have pet or just having pet do some research, read pet blog, ask your friends or expert to gain more knowledge on how to take care of them, for your pet and your own sake. Pets aren’t always easy to take care of. It requires time, effort and money but they provide an amazing return of your investments, especially when it comes to our health.
