I will never forget the first time I experienced a long hours delayed flights (Dvo-Mnl). Due to a bad weather the plane re-routed, refuel & parked at d runway of Clark while waiting for the “go” signal from the airport control. Imagine the supposed 1.5 hours flight took 8.5 hours. We got stuck inside the plane hungry & almost dehydrated as there were no foods nor water served. People started complaining, become irritated & impatient. Few secretly smoke inside the lavatory which made the pilot to call for a police (it could make a fire & burn the entire plane, burn us) and few started to collapse but medics was to d rescue.
It was annoying & exhausting. But I thanked God you were with me at that time. You deal tough situation with positive attitude, you remained calm & patience which infected me.
I realized, “if we can’t change the situation, lets change our attitude.
As what they said, there is always something good in every bad situation. The good thing about this delayed was that we were safe and still to reached to our destination safe though, able to spend more time together with my sister, bonding, talking & laughing & making some “selfies” before we parted ways in which we would have not experience when the delayed didn’t happen.
Do you still remember about the “headset & d wine” when we flew in together from AUH-Mnl-Dvo? It was also a funny one. Until now I still laugh when I recall it.
Happy Birthday to the most kind, patience, understanding, caring & loving Ate I know.
Thank you for your attitude. For always been a good example to us.
Lets travel more together. I love you!
God bless your heart’s desires, good health & happiness you truly deserve.
